PONCHO

Hi there!!
Hope you all are having a nice time and a good beginning of Autumn. I don't know about you, but I do love Autumn, the colors on this season, the smells... I don't know, there is something special about it. 

After Summer and all the time outdoors, now with the temperatures going down a bit more everyday  and the days getting a bit shorter too, you feel like going for a morning walks to the woods and cozy afternoons/evenings indoors, maybe grabbing some yarn and starting some crochet projects.
And that's what I did a few days ago and....

I made this little poncho for my little girl, is really easy to make  but at the same time enjoyable.

She is not used to wear it so first, we are gonna need some time to practice hehe....

She looks beautiful, I know I am her mum...but I can't help it hahaha....my beautiful little girl...

Anyway, this has been my first crochet Autumn project, more it will be coming soon, by now, what about you, any Autumnal crochet projects??

Long time...

Hi there!!
How are you all?? Hope you all are having a beautiful summer.
Mine is being a bit stressful. By now, I thought everything was going to be done (the moving thing) but it's not!!!!!! oh my god, what a summer. Not much time for crochet or enjoy looking for new patterns or projects, so I wasn't really motivated to come here, to my blog and start moaning about things.
But today I just felt it was time to come  and at least share what is going on.

And to be honest, not everything has been stressful at all. It was my birthday and Andy made a really special and nice day for me and some other days we have really spend some nice time, specially with Ilianna, who is growing so fast. 
I am gonna share a few pics with you to show you a few moments of my summer.

Catalunya

Hi everybody!!
Today I would like to share with you a bit of my love for Catalonia. I am about moving to uk or Ireland, Andy is still looking around trying to find that perfect place for us and Ireland and its celtic charming and magical energy is about to win.

But this post it's about Catalonia so, let us also enjoy this beautiful land.

Hi again

Hi there!!!

Wow! It has been ages since the last time I posted something.

The truth is that I am between a change time, I am moving back to England as I said before, and we still undoing things in Catalonia and trying to find that place in England, so...

I am in Catalonia right now, but I have been in England almost all May. We have been looking around but we have also enjoyed the time there.

We went to vistit this Shire Horses farm and I felt in love with this mum and baby.

It has been a wonderful time, but now I am back to Catalonia and I am really busy between Catalonia and England's things so, I haven't been crocheting at all and I do miss it, hope soon I can go back to normal and all the things are at the right place because now everything's a bit of a mess hehe.....

Changes

Hi there!!
I know I haven't done much in here lately but first, we had problems with the laptop and I couldn't do much and now....well the last days we have been deciding that we are moving back to England so, first Andy, my partner is going there and look for somewhere to live and then Ilianna and myself will move there.

I totally understand that it needs to happen but it makes me terribly  upset being apart, it's just the thing of being on my own with the baby, I know I have family and friends here but...I don't know it's just not the same.

Anyway, I will be posting more soon, and I will keep you informed about this new step in my life...

SPRING

Hi to everybody!!
Hope you've had a great weekend.

Did you do something to welcome the Spring? 
As you must know, the last Wednesday 20th March was the Spring Equinox. We thought it would be nice to do some kind of celebration so we went with a few friends to this old house in the middle of the mountains to do our own Equinox celebration.

First thing we welcomed the new season

After our moment of welcoming the Spring we deserved some nice food....so we did some cooking 

We made fire as inside the old house it wasn't very warm

We cooked some "calçots", it's a kind of onion that you cook in the fire and then you eat them with a special sauce, just delicious, if you ever wanna try some you need to come here to Catalonia :)

Making bread

Hi to everybody!!
Hope all of you are doing well.

The last Friday we went with a few friends to another's friends house to make bread...yes I know that making bread it's nothing like amazing but it was making bread the traditional way with a proper wood oven...FANTASTIC!! 

It's just wonderful, the energy of an old house, the fire, the wood... being with nice people, sharing...I don't know I think that we should think about doing more stuff with more people, like a community, you know what I mean?

I think it's very good and important as a human beings doing different things together, well thats just what I think or feel...

It was a fantastic experience, honestly it's something that  I could  recommend as a good experience.

The house and the fire place belongs to an old Catalan house, known as Masia.
