LEG WARMERS

Hi to everybody, hope all of you are doing well.
Today is the first of December, I like to think about Christmas when December arrives, before that, I think it's just too much. I have seen shops advertising Christmas food and presents since de beginnings of October. For me is too commercial and spoils the truly spirit of Christmas.

Well today I just wanted to share a bit of my last yarn stuff. I am knitting a leg warmers, normally I am a crochet person, but for these project I decided to try knitting so...here I am :)

This is just the beginning of my knitting work, I hope to be able and share with you all the whole project ended soon, which to be honest it's not gonna be easy thing with the mess around me so....I will do my best lol

Changing subject, today after our little walk this morning, we have found a little Farmers Market which has change our routine and has add some Christmassy energy to our moment.

Back in England

Hi to everyone there!! Hope you all are doing well.
I am back in England and although I know I still need to do a post about Ireland, I still need to sort some photos out. So, I am gonna dedicate this post to our return to England and our enjoyable walks with Andy, Ilianna and Iona our lovely dog.

What happened with Ireland? Well despite that I did love it, I couldn't connect totally with the place as to me see myself living there, so at the minute we are back in England, where the Autumn is still quite alive, so today morning we did enjoy of a bit of a walk  and even though, the weather wasn't totally bright it was lovely enough. And I did put my little camera in my pocket as I knew I could take some nice photos today.

It has certainly been a nice walk, not hard just easy walking for Ilianna's little legs.

Although I am not working at any Christmas crochet project, it has make me think about do something, so...we'll see...

IRELAND

Hi there!! Hope all of you are really well.
At the moment I am in Ireland on our journey to the perfect place for us to live. First was England and Wales, now is Ireland.
Which it could be the one, but we will see, because it's a big decision  and it's not enough for a place to live just a nice landscape, at least in my case, I really need to connect with the land.
What about you?
Are you living in your home town, or at some point in your life and for whatever reason, you moved to a new place?

What can I say? It's beautiful, the landscape it's just stunning and even breathtaking, some of the places I have seen. The people are very pleasant, well the most of them at least. They can make you feel really comfortable even if you don't understand the way they talk hehe.... What happen is that, as most of you know I am from Catalonia (Spain) and english it's not my mother tongue, so some of the english accents are really hard for me and some parts of Ireland, what can I say? I don't know the way they speak!!! hahaha...
Anyway I am not gonna bore you more, what I am gonna do is share some of the bits that I have catch with my camera. Hope you enjoy.

I have more photos, but I need to sort them out then, I will do the second part of our journey around Ireland.

Lovely England

Hi my lovely folks!! Hope everything's fine with you all.

As most of you know I love this season and being back in England has been a pleasure for my senses. But England always is a pleasure for me. Though I wasn't born here, the first time when  I arrived I felt just comfortable and familiar, as if I would have been here since always.
But let me go back to what I was talking about: Autumn, I can not be tired of this season, it's colours, smells...everything. And here in England I have found just what I was needing, so let me share with you, a few photos that I have been taken, while walking with my lovely man and our little girl, oh and don't forget Iona! our lovely dog :)

Well, this is just a little bit of it, I will be posting more soon, I need to sorted more photos out. Maybe I will share some yarn moments as well, as I have bought some lovely wool.

I will let you know what the plans are; by now we're thinking about  heading to Ireland next week, there is some news, I will let you know about it at the right time, maybe the next post? so...new places, new landscape, new beginnings...who knows...

Crochet hat

Hi there! 
Hope everybody is doing ok.

What is on your hook or needles going on?? Is there some, cowls, scarves or shawls for the first cold of the  season that we are just starting??

I have been crocheting a hat for my little girl, with the same colors as a used for the poncho ( you can see it at my last post)

I have made this hat with the Front post double crochet and Back post double crochet.

To be honest it was a bit hard at first, I really struggled with the 4 first rows to be exact, but after that it was very easy and amusing to do.

And this is the result. I think it has turned out very well, very proud of it hehe.... I am definitely going to  make another one for mr. A in his favorite color, green. I will post  about that one too.

At the moment that was my last crochet work, a hat for my little girl who by the way, doesn't keep absolutely nothing on her head. It's gonna be funny to try the hat on hahaha....

And now I would like to thank to all the nice ladies from some of the blogs that I follow for posting all about the Yarndale event of the last weekend at Skipton (North of Yorkshire) You can find what about here.

Because for me was impossible to be there as I am not in the UK, it was so lovely to see all your photos, all those colors, yarns, people....everything was so lovely and reading all the words that you all have used to describe the way you have experienced the event, has made me feel as if I was there.

PONCHO

Hi there!!
Hope you all are having a nice time and a good beginning of Autumn. I don't know about you, but I do love Autumn, the colors on this season, the smells... I don't know, there is something special about it. 

After Summer and all the time outdoors, now with the temperatures going down a bit more everyday  and the days getting a bit shorter too, you feel like going for a morning walks to the woods and cozy afternoons/evenings indoors, maybe grabbing some yarn and starting some crochet projects.
And that's what I did a few days ago and....

I made this little poncho for my little girl, is really easy to make  but at the same time enjoyable.

She is not used to wear it so first, we are gonna need some time to practice hehe....

She looks beautiful, I know I am her mum...but I can't help it hahaha....my beautiful little girl...

Anyway, this has been my first crochet Autumn project, more it will be coming soon, by now, what about you, any Autumnal crochet projects??

Long time...

Hi there!!
How are you all?? Hope you all are having a beautiful summer.
Mine is being a bit stressful. By now, I thought everything was going to be done (the moving thing) but it's not!!!!!! oh my god, what a summer. Not much time for crochet or enjoy looking for new patterns or projects, so I wasn't really motivated to come here, to my blog and start moaning about things.
But today I just felt it was time to come  and at least share what is going on.

And to be honest, not everything has been stressful at all. It was my birthday and Andy made a really special and nice day for me and some other days we have really spend some nice time, specially with Ilianna, who is growing so fast. 
I am gonna share a few pics with you to show you a few moments of my summer.
