IT'S THE END OF THE WINTER?

Hi lovely people!
Are you starting to feel the Spring in the air?
I am, and despite all these grey days that we are having around here,the increase of light in the day it's helping me to keep positive and hopeful. 

I love daffodils, they are a blessing and a hope for longer and warmer days 😊

And with the hope of the near Spring it comes with a lot of hope for our dreams to come true.

All those seeds that patiently and full of faith we planted during the cold and dark months of Winter are trying now  to find their way out, are we gonna be able to find our way too?

Kind of busy around here. ..

So we have been exploring, painting, discovering, creating. .. 

Having seaside time has done me good, the energy of the sea it's very good for removing negative energies and it gives you a great feeling of refreshing and clear perspective on everything, don't you think? and I am needing some of that so, very grateful for those moments close to the sea.

It is always a pleasure and although I miss the Mediterranean sea (it's where I was born) the sea here in the Uk does inspires me, maybe in a different way but it does makes me feel good and at the end of the day that is what matters, isn't it?

And one thing that I love it's yarn, so I am playing with the idea of a cardigan for myself. 

I am not an expert at all (trying to be one some day) 

But I do love yarn and needles and believe it or not I have been knitting and crocheting for years, I suppose I have never really believe in my ability to become an expert, but I am determined to believe in myself and my ability to become an expert on anything I enjoy doing so. .. 

I am following a pattern that comes with the last issue of Simply Crochet magazine but in case you could be interested in it, the pattern can be found on Ravelry

BELTANE

Hi everyone and Beltane blessings!!

Have you celebrated or acknowledged this time of the year? I do like being aware and tuned in with Nature and her seasons, celebrations. .. sometimes just knowing and thinking about it it's enough to feel the connection between myself and everything around me.

BELTANE

Beltane honours Life. It represents the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer.

Earth energies are at their strongest and more active moment.

Everything at this moment in time it's powerfully fertile. At this moment of the Wheel of the year the potencial becomes conception.

Abundant fertility on all levels, is the central theme. The Maiden Goddess has reached her fullness. She is the manifestation of growth and renewal.

Flora the goddess of Spring, the May queen. The Green Man, the young Oak king falls in love with her and wins her hand.

The union is consummated and the May queen becomes pregnant. Together the May queen and the May king are symbols of the Sacred Marriage.

It is about sexuality and sensuality, passion, vitality and joy and about conception.

A great moment in the Wheel of the Year to bring ideas, hopes and dreams into action. .. and enjoy 

And this was a bit of our celebration

It really was a fantastic celebration, we all enjoyed the moment, the energy and everything about the day.

And what else but pleasure is life about?

If you stop for a minute and think about it, you may discover that life is much more beautiful and easy than what we think.

So enjoy and remember that this is a good moment to bring your ideas, dreams. .. into another level.

SPRING EQUINOX

Happy Spring Equinox or Ostara to everyone!

The eclipse at its peak

We had a really Spring day today so we decided to celebrate with some drumming

Nothing better than walk barefoot feeling the connection with Mother Earth

And some more drumming. ...

Today besides being the Spring equinox it was a Solar eclipse and a super new Moon, wow!

Could you feel the powerful energy?

Because I certainly did. First of all, I woke up a lot earlier than I normally do and coulden't get back to sleep at all.

Today it is good to be aware and focus in our dreams, in all what we have been wanting in our lives.

It is a good moment for new beginnings, to take risk and believe that eveything it will work out well. .. FAITH

As the photos show, we were kind of in a celebration mood, but how not to be? it was sunny, warm, Spring it's at last here so. ... what else do you need for a bit of drumming and dancing around barefoot?

Hi there, how has your week started so far?

Mine has been quite emotional, feeling everything in a very intense way which more than once, it has made me cry

but positive, trying to be aware all the time and not to lose track on my path, knowing that everything it's ok, even those tears that for a bit made me feel in the most deepest sadness are at the same time the most big relief.

And this early week we have had walks, and games around the sunshine, and magic moments. ... and gratitude for all those little things :)
